Ana del Castillo - Mindlight Trauma Integration program graduate
This is a training event for practitioners and aspiring practitioners interested in learning how to safely work with intense negative emotion and trauma.
While this event is focused on facilitators and practitioners, it will have tools and takeaways for anyone who is on their own journey of healing and self discovery.
If you are a coach, healer, or teacher, trauma comes up in session whether or not you are prepared to work with it. This training will support you in being trauma-informed and is the first step to being able to help your clients recover from trauma safely regardless of your training background.
If you are already working directly with trauma this training will help you gain a deeper and more integrated understanding of trauma and the body's energy system. We dig deep into the inner workings of triggers, and explore how, when utilized properly, they are actually powerful doorways into your client’s deepest potential.

I understand so much more about where trauma is held in the body. My understanding is transformed, like night and day. I don’t know how I worked before. The biggest benefit to my clients is that there are specific practices; I am able to explain more to my clients and this understanding helps them in their work to heal and resolve past traumas.
It’s through this training that I received the tools and experiences to develop my work as a healing practitioner. By unpacking trauma that I had experienced and discovered a far greater ability to make space for blessings, I have been able to bring this to others. It’s been six years now that I was first connected to Mindlight and I’ve been working with Mindlight ever since.
For my clients to come to me in a space of fear and playing small and an inability to get up close to their trauma and touch it in a way that's safe and explore it and grow from it as opposed to being shut down- sometimes immobilized by it and making all of their decisions in life from that place is a huge joy.
