We empower practitioners to resolve trauma
Transformation begins with experience and experience begins in your body.
Grounded in Brain Science
Mindlight’s revolutionary approach to Trauma Integration I training is grounded in science and rooted in a deep understanding of how trauma affects the body, mind, emotions, relationships and, in fact, all aspects of life.
Experience the Techniques
Firsthand
Our Practitioner training begins with each Practitioner’s personal exploration of trauma in their own bodies, leveraging firsthand experience to propel new insights, new discoveries, and a deeper understanding of one’s own trauma responses.
Real Results and
Embodiment
Through this work, each Practitioner begins to build embodied competencies, results-oriented strategies, and gentle yet highly potent techniques that result in the complete integration and resolution of traumatic experiences.
"Transformative. Gentle. Lasting."
These are just some of the ways our graduates have described the Trauma Integration training. Hear directly from Practitioners about how this revolutionary program has enhanced their practices and their personal lives.

Course description
Introduction
Trauma lives in the body. To resolve trauma, we must know how to address the body and understand how the brain and body are affected by trauma. This will help us to safely, gently, and effectively integrate trauma. In this course, we build an understanding of how to safely approach even the most intense psychological wounds and gently integrate them, with sustained results. We will explore its neurobiological impact and its personal and social consequences, as well as steep you in practical application of proven techniques.
What’s Included In each class
Week 1
Foundations of Trauma
Learn the 4 Truths, the backbone that upholds all of Mindlight’s practitioner training, a clear and working definition of trauma and triggers, the healing paradigm, and neurological and biological responses to trauma and triggers.
Week 3
Building Relationship To the Body with Mindful Focusing
Learn how to shift your focus from the story to your body with a technique called Mindful Focusing. This technique is useful for moments when your client is building emotional momentum with narrative in an unproductive direction, needs to practice building a relationship with their body, or simply needs greater clarity on what their experience and desire is.
Week 2
Learn and practice the Emotional Freedom Technique
Learn how to self-heal with the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or tapping), a technique that utilizes each component of the healing paradigm learned in week 1. Learn how to tap on specific aspects of your experience, and get a tapping cheat sheet to download and keep.
Week 5
A Profoundly Gentle Technique for Healing: Matrix Reimprinting
This week you will learn about and practice a technique called Matrix Reimprinting. This technique is used when a traumatic memory is highly charged. It creates a very safe amount of space between the client and the memory such that the body does not get re-traumatized by processing it. It can be self-applied, and you will be tasked with practicing it after learning it and witnessing a demonstration this week.
Integrating Traumatic Memories with the Storytelling Technique
When we experience an event and are unable to integrate it, it gets stored as a traumatic memory. In this class you’ll learn how to safely and gently access a memory, and process it to completion through the Storytelling Technique. You’ll learn key ways to utilize your mind and body to guide this.
Week 4
Week 7
Utilizing Polarity and Internal Dynamics
When trauma occurs, we internalize a huge amount of power, but it is locked away from us. This can be explained in a few ways. This week you will learn about how power gets stored internally, how energy gets separated through the mind, how holding patterns get created, and how to access and re-unite the polarity found within.
Moving Energy Through the Body
Healing requires that the body is engaged and re-regulated while being in touch with challenging emotions. Unintegrated experiences get complete by accessing them with the mind and processing them through the body. In this class you will learn multiple ways to allow energy to open up, express, and complete its process through and out of the body.
Week 6
Full Course Review
Wow, what an incredible two-month educational and experiential journey you just completed! In this class, we make space for landing all of your deeper questions on techniques, theories, and practical application. This includes additional demonstrations and an open class format with your trainer.
Week 8
Level 1: Experiencing The Work In Your Own Body
Week 1
Consent and Wellbeing
Consent is not just a box to check to mitigate risk; it is an absolutely essential aspect of the therapeutic process. This is how we build a relationship with, and gain access to, the client’s potential for healing and growth. In this lesson, you’ll learn how to ask for consent, model well-being, and build effective rapport with your client.
Being gentle is often the most efficient way to resolve a trauma. This class is about learning how to safely approach a trauma or big emotion: how to create coping strategies, psychological safety, and to move through sessions with so much art that often not even a single tear is shed. This can be true no matter the intensity of the event being worked on.
Being Gentle
Week 3
Week 2
Structuring a Session
In this week you learn how to create a flow for the session that takes a client from where they are now, which includes their past, all the way to where they want to be. We call this a point A and a point B. Throughout the sessions, we have many smaller point A’s and B’s, and overall in your journey with them there is a macro point A and point B. You’ll learn how to map to results.
Conscious and Unconscious
This class is about using trance states and the language of the subconscious to bring forward the most important parts of the wound your client is healing. It teaches you to speak in the language that trauma actually exists in. This works with the symbology of the mind, similar to psychedelic visions.
Week 5
Root Cause
Learn how to cut past the noise, stories, and patterns, and see the emotional energy that is driving the whole experience your client is having. Once this energy is diffused, it melts away all the maladapted behaviors and dysfunction. This class is about how to find the root cause and begin to work to dismantle it safely.
Week 4
Week 7-
Week 9
Review & Practical Application
Dive deeper into the techniques, ask more informed questions after 7 weeks of learning and practice, and applying the techniques in class through offering sessions to classmates and being witnessed, with continued demonstration and coaching from your trainer. Fine tune your personal approach.
Internal Dynamics
There’s the aspect that your client presents, and then there is the hidden aspect that’s actually holding your client’s patterns in place. Internal dynamics is about learning how to use what you can see, to show you the part you can’t see, so that you can work with the part of the client that they don’t even know is there.
Week 6
Review & Practical Application

I love liberating potential and the body from past pain so people can live fully free, abundant, heart-open, and thriving lives.
Here is how Mindlight’s Trauma Integration training has helped to transform Cat’s practice.
Trauma Integration gave me more insight and for the first time, I think I can really get to the root of way more painful experiences. In my practice.
The effectiveness of the
work I do has literally shot through the roof.
I understand so much more about where
trauma is held in the body. My understanding is transformed, like night and day. I don’t know how I worked before.
My whole life is a service so Trauma Integration, in many ways, was an investment I made in myself first. The biggest benefit to my clients is that there are specific practices; I am able to explain more to my clients and this understanding helps them in their work to heal and resolve past traumas.

Without Mindlight and Trauma Integration I, I wouldn’t be doing the work I do.
I take
these skills I learned from Trauma Integration and I bring them back to my people every day.
What I bring back to them is the dream to dream big and to move the trauma.
It’s through this training that I received the tools and experiences to develop my work as a healing practitioner. By unpacking trauma that I had experienced and discovered a far greater ability to make space for blessings, I have been able to bring this to others.
Because of the people. It’s the work that I saw Lillian

In my practice, before Trauma Integration, I had been very precautious about and weary of navigating trauma. I would require people to go to other people for dealing with trauma. At the time I felt that I was not fully equipped and that I could be re-activating trauma and doing more harm while trying to heal them.
Clients I work with are able to experience quicker transformations.

One of the biggest benefits is that they are able to shift and move, accessing more of themselves and finding resolution in session.

What struck me about Mindlight was the skill with which Lillian navigated into someone’s trauma and pulled them out. There was so much skill there. As a practitioner, often the pitfall is that as you are in service for others, you picture that you are all good. But the pitfall is that there are emotional and psychological remnants of trauma.
I’ve had clients struggling for months
and re-writing tools to how I work with clients.

I was looking for a way to make the work I do more scalable. Not just help people get better, I wanted people I work with to have a more clear path to resolution.
Adding Mindlight to my practice has transformed what I do with some of my clients. In just 8 sessions it has made such a difference. I’ve added Emotional Freedom Technique
with fear, experience a complete transformation - an absence of the fear in a week. It’s been extraordinary to see the the change first hand.
